Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree of two years duration (regular) with Honours at Graduation level having at least 55% marks in any school teaching subject
- M.Ed. / M.Ed. (Elementary) OR M.A. in Education with 55% marks + Diploma/Degree in Primary/Elementary Education with 55% marks
- Five years’ teaching experience in Primary or Elementary Teachers’ Training Institute
- Knowledge of Bengali language (spoken & written) – tested at interview (exempted for Nepali mother tongue candidates)
- Computer Literacy
- Screening Test (MCQ type – for shortlisting only)
- Interview (final merit prepared on the basis of Interview marks only)
