The UPPSC Online Application is OTR (One Time Registration) based. Candidates must apply through the official UPPSC website. Follow these steps:-
➢ Step 1: Visit the UPPSC website (uppsc.up.nic.in) and complete OTR if not already done. Read the 'Declaration' and click 'I Agree' to proceed.
➢ Step 2: Fill Part-I, Part-II, and Part-III of the online application form, upload required documents, and pay the fee online before 03/12/2025.
➢ Step 3: After submission, save copies of all stages (OTR, fee receipt, final form). Hard copies with self-attested certificates to be sent later as per commission's press note. Corrections allowed till 10/12/2025.
21 to 40 years as on 01/07/2025. For PH candidates: up to 55 years. Age relaxation applicable as per Government rules for reserved categories.
Degree/PG Diploma in Town & Country Planning OR Associate Membership of specified institutes OR equivalent qualifications for membership.
