Eligible candidates must apply Offline (Hard Copy only). The steps are as follows:-
- Step 1: Download the prescribed application form from the official SGPGIMS website (www.sgpgims.org.in).
- Step 2: Fill in all required details carefully in the application form.
- Step 3: Attach self-attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, Medical Council registration, category certificate (if applicable) and other required documents.
- Step 4: Submit the completed application in the prescribed format along with all documents so that it reaches SGPGIMS on or before 31 August 2026.
