Eligible candidates (Maharashtra domicile only) must apply offline only by Speed Post. The application steps are as follows:
- Step 1: Download the official notification, corrigendum and prescribed application format (Annexure-I).
- Step 2: Fill the application form carefully with personal, educational, experience and category details.
- Step 3: Attach self-attested copies of required certificates (including Maharashtra domicile certificate), two recent passport size photographs and proof of application fee payment.
- Step 4: Write Name, Date of Birth, Post Name and Post Code on the reverse of the Demand Draft (if applicable).
- Step 5: Send the complete application in a sealed envelope superscribed with “Name of Post and Advertisement Number” by Speed Post to: General Manager (HR), Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Ltd., Metro Bhawan, Near Dikshabhoomi, Nagpur – 440 010 so as to reach on or before 25 September 2026.
