Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL), a Mini Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has released a notification for the GSL Manager & Deputy Manager Recruitment 2026 (Advt. No. 03/2026). This recruitment drive will be conducted to fill 25 Manager and Deputy Manager vacancies on a fixed-term basis (3 years, extendable up to 2 years) for various technical disciplines in shipbuilding projects like Frigates, NGOPVs, Corvettes, etc.

Age Limit (as on 31.03.2026): Manager – 36 years (UR), 39 years (OBC). Deputy Manager – 33 years (UR/EWS), 36 years (OBC), 38 years (SC/ST). Age relaxation as per rules.

Educational Qualification & Experience: Full-time B.E/B.Tech in relevant branch (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Marine/Naval Architecture etc.) with minimum 4 years (Deputy Manager) or 7 years (Manager) post-qualification experience in shipbuilding/ship repair/weapons/propulsion/HVACR/piping/hull/safety as per post requirement. Naval / Coast Guard experience is preferred.

➢ Step 2: Click on ‘Apply Now’ and select the desired post.
➢ Step 3: Register / Login and fill the online application form carefully.
➢ Step 4: Upload scanned copies of Photograph (<450 KB), Signature (<450 KB), SSC Certificate, Educational Certificates, Experience Certificates, Caste Certificate, and Aadhaar Card in the prescribed format and size.
