Age limit as on 01.08.2026 is minimum 55 years and maximum 62 years. Serving Railway employees may also apply if they opt to retire through VRS or otherwise before joining DMRC. Service rendered on deputation in the eligible supervisory grade will be counted.

The shortlisted list is tentatively expected in the fourth week of September 2026. Interview is tentatively scheduled in the fifth week of September 2026. Final result is tentatively expected in the second week of October 2026. No individual postal communication will be sent. Candidates should check the DMRC website for the interview schedule.
- SSE (retired from Level-9 / Level-8): ₹72,600 per month (Delhi office)
- SE (retired from Level-7): ₹65,800 per month (Delhi office)
- JE (retired from Level-6): ₹56,300 per month (Delhi office)
