Candidates must apply offline by Speed Post. Follow the steps given below:
➢ Step 1: Download the prescribed application form (Appendix ‘A’) from the official notification.
➢ Step 2: Fill the application form in English (Block Letters) on A4-size paper.
➢ Step 3: Affix a recent passport-size photograph on the application form.
➢ Step 4: Attach self-attested copies of the following documents:
- Educational & ITI Certificates
- Date of Birth Proof
- Caste / EWS Certificate (if applicable)
- Ex-Servicemen Certificate (if applicable)
➢ Step 5: Enclose one additional passport-size photograph and one self-addressed envelope (30 cm × 12 cm) with ₹55 postage stamp affixed.
