STATE LEVEL POLICE RECRUITMENT BOARD (SLPRB), ASSAM invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens who are permanent residents of Assam for filling up 256 posts of Grade IV Staff (Multitasking & Maintenance Staff - Non-Technical) across Assam Police (181 posts), Assam Commando Battalions (6 posts), and DGCD & CGHG (69 posts). The Assam Police Grade IV Recruitment 2026 Online Application starts from 22nd January 2026.
The Candidates are strongly advised to carefully read the detailed official notification before applying to confirm eligibility regarding age, qualification, physical standards, language proficiency, employment exchange registration, and trade-specific certificates. ➢ Step 1: Register on the portal with valid mobile number, name as per Class VIII/HSLC/Birth Certificate, Employment Exchange No., Qualification, District, Gender, Category, DOB, Aadhaar etc.
➢ Step 2: Note down the generated Application ID.
➢ Step 3: Login, apply for Grade IV advertisement, select post preference, upload photo/signature/documents (Class VIII cert, Employment Exchange Card, Aadhaar, Caste cert if applicable, Trade Training/Experience cert if any).
➢ Step 4: Submit the application before 22 February 2026. Edit option available for 5 days post-deadline (once, subject to approval).
