The APPSC Online Registration will be made through the Commission's Website https://psc.ap.gov.in using One Time Profile Registration (OTPR). The APPSC Welfare Organiser Online Registration Process Steps as follow: -
➢ Step 1: Candidates must login to the Commission’s Website using their registered OTPR number. If applying for the first time, register biodata through OTPR at https://psc.ap.gov.in. A user ID will be generated and sent to registered mobile and email.
➢ Step 2: Fill the online application form and upload required documents/certificates (educational, age proof, Ex-Serviceman certificate, Telugu proficiency proof, etc.).
➢ Step 3: Pay the application fee (if applicable) online. Submit the application form on or before 29th October 2025 up to 11:00 PM.
